 Selling our home was a very easy process with Dell Realty. They came by and gave us a market analysis with true "fair market" value. Knowing my situation, as I needed to sell quickly. We put my home on the market, complete with extra photos and virtual tour. In this slow market, my home seemed to be the "hot" property. I had showings immediately and even an offer within the first 6 weeks and closed before 3 months. This was in 2008, when the market seems to be at it worst. Dawn even came in and helped "stage" the home with furniture from her home. I know I would, with confidence, recommend Dell Realty to anyone who really wants to sell. And they did treat me like family.

 I starting searching for a home in 2004. With Dawn's assistance, not only did I end up buying a house in 2007 and hundreds of homes later, but also got my credit up to speed. Dawn listed the home and continued to advertise, even though times seemed tough. When we finally got an offer, it was not what we expected, but Dawn helped negotiate with the buyers and we came to a mutual agreement with the help of Dell Realty coming to the plate and helping the deal.
