Sebring, Florida is known as the City on the Circle, and is home to the Sebring International Raceway, which plays host to the annual 12 Hours of Sebring race, an American Le Mans event. We have many neighborhoods that we specialize in such as, Jackson Heights, Sebring Hills, Thunderbird Hills South, Orange Blossom Estates, Harder Hall, Lake Haven Estates, Spring Lake and city of Sebring.
Highland County's oldest city, Avon Park is known for its charm and citrus crops, as well as its Avon Park Air Force Range Outdoor Recreation area, where Bird Watchers can flock to catch a glimpse of the area's magnificent fowl. Avon Park retains its down-home feel with the help of its small population of just over 8500 residents.
The Lake Placid area encompasses 27 freshwater lakes, also providing a unique wildlife population and variety of vegetation in the area. Lake Placid has the "old town charm" with ample amount of vacant land and various lakes to play on. Communities such as Placid Lake and Leisure lakes provide great established neighborhoods with canals to large lakes for lake access.
